At PodcastYes, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy, we want to make it right. This policy outlines when and how refunds are provided.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers on any paid plan are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied with the service. To request a refund, contact us at support@podcastyes.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
- Refund requests made after 30 days of the initial payment
- Renewals of existing subscriptions (we send reminder emails before renewal)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Partial refunds for unused credits within a billing period
Service Interruptions
If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 hours in a month), we will provide a pro-rated credit for the affected period. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@podcastyes.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are always happy to work with you to resolve billing issues directly.
