By accessing or using PodcastYes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Use of Service
PodcastYes provides AI-powered podcast creation tools. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using PodcastYes. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service. AI-generated content is provided as a creative tool and you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific monthly limits for scripts and audio generation. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
7. AI Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. PodcastYes is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.
8. Prohibited Content
You may not use PodcastYes to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodcastYes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
